The palate is lively and intensely flavoured with lime, peach, ginger root and orange peel flavours. The bright acidity drives a seemingly endless palate with citrus characters lingering in the aftertaste.

This wine matches well with all forms of seafood as well as white meats, vegetarian and spicy dishes. It adores Japanese dishes such as sushi and sashimi. It will also work well with creamy cheeses such as camembert or brie and hard cheeses such as cheddar.
