Sourced from one of Tumbarumba’s finest vineyards nestled in the foothills of the Snowy Mountains in NSW, at an elevation between 500-650m. The fruit was sourced from Tumbarumba, Coppabella Vineyard. Fruit was harvested in mid-March at nearly 13be. After picking, the fruit was gently pressed to stainless steel vats and cool fermented, capturing vibrant, aromatic fruit characters and a savoury mineral acidity.

Crisp and refreshing, this delicious cool climate Sauvignon Blanc shows all the hallmark fruit intensity and length of fine Tumbarumba wine. This lovely fragrant wine is an ideal match for oysters, seafood and salads. This delightful wine will drink beautifully over the next 2-3 years.
