Bremerton Walter’s Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2020, from Bremerton Wines in Langhorne Creek, South Australia, is a powerful yet elegant vintage shaped by winemaker Rebecca Willson. Deep crimson-garnet in hue, the bouquet shows blackberry, bramble, mint, bell pepper and dusty cedar, underscored with subtle chocolate and earth. On the palate it delivers refined structure, firm tannins and bright acid; flavours of blackcurrant and mint fold into oak spice and graphite, finishing with graceful, detailed length and savoury mineral threads.
