The Lane 19th Meeting Cabernet Sauvignon – Crafted by The Lane Vineyard in the cool-climate hills of the Adelaide Hills sub-region of South Australia, this 2019 single-vineyard Cabernet opens with aromas of violet, cassis, chocolate-mint and tobacco leaf. On the palate, concentrated blackcurrant, blueberry and plum fruit roll out alongside bay leaf and cedary oak, while fine-grained, granitic tannins and lifted oak complexity give structure. At approx. 14.0 % ABV, sealed under screw-cap, it combines Australian fruit exuberance with Old-World finesse. Rated around 92 points in critic aggregates, it’s drinking beautifully now yet built for graceful cellaring through 2028 and beyond.
