The Field Blend 2023 is a wild-fermented, textural red born from six varieties (predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon plus five others) grown at Stoke’s Cassini site. It offers lifted aromas of sun-ripened raspberry, strawberry and blood orange, with subtle herbal notes. The palate is bright and playful, textured with a fizzy bounce-acidity lively and mid-palate weight modest-finishing clean and refreshing at 11.7% ABV. Limited release of just 188 cases. While no major critic scores yet, the wine has been praised in retailer tasting notes for its personality and drinkability. Perfect with BBQ meats or mixed cheeses.
