This estate white blend (87% Sauvignon Blanc, 13% Semillon) features grapes hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed and fermented individually; Sauvignon Blanc in French oak and Semillon mainly in stainless steel, with a small portion in old barrels, all aged on lees and part-malo elite. The bouquet lifts with papaya, Cape gooseberry, tarragon, rockmelon, canelé, cashew nut and lime zest, underpinned by slate and lanolin nuances. The palate is expansive and persistent, crisp grapefruit and mango cream balanced by tangy acidity and fine texture.
