Hahndorf Hill Reserve Grüner Veltliner 2023 is the winery’s most serious and textured expression of Grüner Veltliner, crafted from the ripest parcels with wild fermentation in old oak and extended lees aging. It reveals ripe stone fruit, citrus peel, and gentle spice aromas, wrapped in a savory, chalky framework. The palate is voluptuous and complex with yellow stone fruits, citrus peel, peach, and crushed tarragon, supported by clean acidity and slatey minerality. A touch of malolactic fermentation adds gentle roundness without heaviness.

This wine pairs beautifully with roast pork, scallops, and other dishes requiring depth and texture, and it also has excellent aging potential. The 2023 Reserve Grüner Veltliner won top Grüner at the 2025 Frankfurt Trophy, showcasing its international acclaim.
