Castle Rock Estate Grüner Veltliner 2024 is a cool-climate white wine from the Porongurup sub-region of Western Australia’s Great Southern, produced by the family-owned Castle Rock Estate. Known for its high altitude and mineral-rich soils, the vineyard yields intensely aromatic and crisp wines. This Grüner Veltliner offers fragrant aromas of white pepper, green apple, citrus zest, and fresh herbs. On the palate, it is vibrant and textural, with zesty acidity balancing ripe stone fruit and a mineral-driven finish. Its freshness and complexity make it a versatile match for seafood, Asian cuisine, or light poultry dishes. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, it reflects both the uniqueness of the variety and the cool maritime terroir of Porongurup.
