Composed of 87% Xarel·lo and 13% Macabeu from biodynamically farmed vines, it aged over 50 months on lees before manual disgorgement. The nose is perfumed with dried flowers, fennel, citrus, and roasted almond, unfolding to deeper hints of ginger and sea spray. On the palate, it is taut, saline, and mineral-driven, balancing crystalline acidity with delicate notes of apple, peach, and brioche.
