Carefully selected parcels of fruit are hand-picked from our only 4 rows of extremely low-yielding vines at our Mappinga Road, Oakbank vineyard. The 2022 Mappinga Pinot Blanc was gently whole bunch pressed, wild yeast fermented then matured in older and larger format French oak barrels for 6 months.

Floral and citrus aromas lead to a beautifully enlivened palate of lemon pith, mandarin and Kaffir lime. This is a complex textural wine with an enduring, crisp finish. A versatile option for matching with spicy foods, shellfish and a variety of game dishes.
