Cumulus Chardonnay (Cumulus Vineyards, Orange, NSW) is a cool-climate Chardonnay of finesse and depth. At 12.5% ABV, it delivers aromas of citrus zest, white stone fruit (peach, nectarine), creamy oak and toasted hazelnut. The palate is medium-bodied, with well-integrated oak providing richness, balanced by refreshing acidity and mineral undertones. Flavours of melon, quince and soft citrus mingle with oak spice, leading into a long, smooth finish. Notable recognition: Silver at the CWSA – China Wine & Spirits Awards and Bronze at the International Wine Challenge for the 2018 vintage.
