The Klosterberg is a clear, elegant and mature Riesling, which, due to the location and the terroir, seems a bit warmer than, for example, the Hendelberg .
It smells of a little smoke and crushed flint, of elderberry, apple cider and lemons with zest as well as a little iodine and petrichor.
