Levantine Hill Estate Mélange Traditionnel Blanc, harmoniously crafted by Paul Bridgeman at Levantine Hill in the cool-climate Upper Yarra Valley, Victoria. Blending 90% Sauvignon Blanc, 9% Semillon, and 1% Viognier, this white is whole-bunch pressed and barrel-fermented in French oak on lees, inviting oxidative complexity and depth. The nose is intensely aromatic with lemon zest, nasturtium leaf, tarragon, chamomile, mange-tout, samphire, oyster shell, and subtle oak char. Long, textured and weighty, the palate delivers pithy lines of saline minerality with flavours of gremolata, gold kiwi, lemon curd, crème fraîche, ginger snap, and makrut leaf. Awarded Silver (95 pts) at the 2025 London Wine Competition.
