On the nose, Levantine Hill Estate Pinot Noir 2023 shows red and black fruits, rose petals and spice, followed by more elusive, savoury tones. The palate is light to medium‑bodied but layered, with fine talc‑like tannins giving structure and persistence around flavours of jamón, poached quince, goji berry, black cardamom, pomegranate, woody herbs and pink peppercorn.
