Xavier Goodridge Pa Pa Pinot Noir 2025 is a joyous, light-on-its-feet Victorian red sourced from Mount Gambier and Heywood, delivering fragrance, juicy red fruit and savoury charm in equal measure. This is Xavier Goodridge’s original flagship Pinot, made for pure drinking pleasure without any unnecessary fuss.

Cherry blossom, rose petal and hibiscus perfume lead into cranberry juice, tart cherry and a flicker of sweet kirsch. Pa Pa Pinot Noir 2025 is bright and translucent, with subtle hazelnut, forest floor and gamey notes adding complexity, while lifted acidity and fine tannins keep the finish fresh and appetising.

Serve this South West Victoria Pinot Noir lightly chilled with roast chicken, pork schnitzel, miso-glazed salmon or mushroom pizza. Its crunchy fruit and savoury edge handle salty, umami-rich dishes beautifully, while the bright, easy-going style makes it a terrific bottle for picnics, pasta nights and relaxed entertaining.
