Shiraz sourced from Dorrien, Greenock, Stone Well and Light Pass; some whole bunches and eleven months of oak maturation. Deep crimson with aromas of dark plum, blackberry and black cherry supported by hints of baking spices, licorice, dark chocolate, jasmine, earth and roasting meats.

Deep spicy black fruits on the palate, some graphite/coal-dust broodiness, fine grain tannins and a lovely flow of fruit and spice on the finish.
