Aromas of quince, honeysuckle and chamomile lead into a gently rounded palate layered with baked pear, almond meal and citrus oil. Subtle oak and a fine phenolic grip provide structure, while a savoury, mineral undertone lends elegance. Medium-bodied with a lingering, spice-tinged finish, it’s a unique and food-friendly alternative to Chardonnay.
