Champagne Mouzon-Leroux L’Atavique Tradition NV (6 Bottles) Champagne, France

This is Sebastien’s atavistic, or ancestral cuvee. It is 100% Grand Cru fruit, with the current disgorgement coming in at 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay. The base is 2018 (50%), with the reserve a fairly even split between the two previous vintages. It was disgorged with a dosage of 2.5 g/L after 36 months on lees.
