This deep crimson cabernet has vibrant aromas of cassis,  blueberry, spice and mushroom. The palate reveals spice, cassis and a hint of earthiness which leads to a firm tannic finish. There is no question that the ability of the Mornington Peninsula to ripen cabernet sauvignon has improved.

Bright crimson, the wine is lively, fresh and, above all else, it has no green characters. Cedar and cassis aromas translate into the medium-bodied palate where fine-grained tannins lend support on the long, medium-bodied finish. Enjoy over the next 6 years.
