Classic Australian Chardonnay lead by its tropical fruit flavours. Sourced from the Porter family, our longterm grower in the Adelaide Hills.

Striking aromas of lemon and peach open up to a palate of tropical stone fruit and lemon. The oak treatment has produced a wine with a wonderful richness and mouthfeel. The wine comes together with fine acid balancing the fruit and oak.

Matured in a mix of new and used oak for 6 months. Weekly battonage helped create a full and creamy mouthfeel and balance out acidity.
