Corang Estate Hilltops Cabernet Sauvignon 2022, Corang Estate, Hilltops (Young, NSW), is a full-bodied Cabernet showing lifted cassis, dried herbs, and cedary oak on the nose, followed by a dense, dark fruit palate with a long, gently tannic finish. Sam Kim of Wine Orbit awarded it 91/100, noting its “attractively fruited and fragrant” character, supple flow and fine, chalky tannins. It’s drinking beautifully now and is best enjoyed with red meats, hard cheeses, or cellared until around 2032.
