Grown in the prestigious Hilltops region, this single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits great complexity due to the site diversity of elevation, aspect, and soil type. This is a true expression of the rich diversity of high-altitude wines. A distinctly varietal nose of intense blackberry and a palate of silky cassis and dark chocolate fruit. Maturation on French oak for 8 months adds vanilla elements.

Winemaking Notes:

Cold Soaking of fruit for two days followed by a 12-day ferment and twice daily pumping over, creating a richness of colour. Matured for 12 months in a mix of New and Old medium-sized oak to highlight the fruit.
