Sourced from the Somerset and Oakey Creek Vineyards, the fruit was handpicked and pressed, with fermentation occurring in large-format French and Austrian oak barrels, as well as a concrete pyramid. The wine underwent seven months of élevage with bâtonnage to enhance complexity. The result is a wine with a fresh, mineral-driven palate, complemented by subtle oak influences and a creamy texture. At 12.5% ABV, it offers a balanced and refined expression of Hunter Valley Chardonnay.
