This Single Vineyard range of wines is handcrafted from Estate-grown fruit from our high altitude, cool climate vineyard. The wines are single varietal: displaying elegance, complexity and dedication to style.

Bouquet: Delicate, lifted aromas of passionfruit and lime.

Palate: Intensely concentrated flavour of fresh citrus lime, subtle passionfruit, and remarkable fruit purity. This wine is unoaked and displays a delicate minerality with a crisp acid finish

Vintage Conditions: 2021 was a long and consistent vintage. Not too hot, with rain at the perfect times. We picked from late February to Mid-April, and bunches were consistent and uniform with fruit quality super high. Winemaking Harvested in the cool, early morning to maintain optimal fruit quality and aromas, the grapes were crushed and pressed immediately to extract the purest flavours.
