A substantial wine without fuss – straight out and brilliant.

Pleases the nose with white peach, green apple, some apricot and surprising hints of woodland strawberries. At the same time refreshing, cool and very appealing.

On the palate the flavours are very well balanced, refined and stimulating: an exciting mix of peach and apple with a hint of Mirabelle underlaid by a restrained mineralic saltiness and a mellow acerbity.

A savory partner for white meat and poultry in creamy sauces, or grilled Tuna, rich salads or Tarte Flambée.
