This delightful Cabernet Sauvignon features soft capsicum, and forest fruit tones. These notes are cast on a backdrop of toasted spices, imbued through its time in our French Oak Barrels. It is perfect for cellaring– anywhere up to ten years.

Small batches of Heathcote and Bendigo Cabernet Sauvignon were fermented separately
The wine was blended post ferment and put into French and European oak barrels for 18 months – 25% new
Intense red hue with forest fruits, capsicum and dried spice aromas
Blackberry, tobacco and vanilla spice flavours with fine powdery tannins
