85% Syrah and 15% Pinot Noir. The Syrah is sourced from Murdoch Hill’s Estate vineyard in Oakbank, undergoing partial carbonic, wild fermentation–imparting juiciness and slippery texture.

The Pinot comes from the Piccadilly Valley, providing freshness, spice and a savoury edge to the blend. To retain freshness and purity of fruit, the wine see only a short maturation in older French oak before bottling without filtration or fining.
