A medium-bodied wine proudly proclaiming its Tassie heritage. The nose shows a wonderful complexity and intensity of sweet red fruits, fruitcake and cedar. On the palate, soft tannins and sweet fruit make this wine perfect for BBQ rib eye beef, roast veal or braised lamb shanks.
