Howard Vineyard Sparkling Blanc de Blancs, from Adelaide Hills and crafted by Tom Northcott, is a vibrant and refined sparkling Chardonnay. Bright and pale in the glass, it reveals lifted aromas of apple blossom, lemon drop, nougat, and oyster shell. The palate offers abundant apple and pear depth balanced by crisp texture, soft mouthfeel, and elegant length. Fermented in stainless steel with partial malolactic fermentation and made via the Charmat method, it finishes dry with lively acidity and just a hint of creaminess. Perfect now and promising through 2028, it’s ideal with tempura prawns or fresh seafood.
