Express Winemakers Chardonnay 2022 (12 Bottles) Great Southern, Australia

The fruit is sourced from four blocks across two exceptional Chardonnay vineyards in Mount Barker and Denmark. The parcels were hand harvested and direct pressed to a combination of mature oak barriques, newer large-format oak, stainless steel and concrete. The wine matured for a short period on full solids before being racked and bottled.

This is a tight and complex wine with characteristics of citrus, blossom, white stone fruit and flint.
