Jo Perry’s ‘lazy bones’ winemaking style is yielding some excellent results in Chardonnay from Margaret River.

This is fruit picked from a naturally farmed vineyard in the Wallcliffe sub-region. It shows pure, persistent fruit, with only the suggestion of support from a demi-muid and some older barriques.

It’s a natural feeling Chardonnay of utter class and sophistication. An original and authentic take on a classic Australian wine staple.
