Ripe and quite substantially weighted, this powerful Tassie Pinot was matured in seasoned French oak barriques for 18 months.

Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Perfumed like aromas of violets, dark cherries and strawberries emanate from the glass trailed by earthy forest floor, subtle anise and lightly toasted spicy cedar notes.

Rich, medium weighted spicy dark cherry and ripe strawberry fruits engulf the mouth with an undercard of earthy forest floor, anise and toasty cedar. Polished yet sturdy tannins with a long ripe, spicy aftertaste.
