Denton Shed Pinot Noir 2024 (12 Bottles) Yarra Valley

The fruit for Denton’s Shed Pinot Noir comes from Block 6, located on the cooler northeastern slope of the vineyard. The vines are predominantly MV6 with smatterings of 115 and Pommard clones from the southwest side of the vineyard also included.

Fermentations were wild with daily pump-overs for 10 days. The wine was then pressed to a combination of tank and old French oak puncheons for nine months’ maturation. The wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
