Denton Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 (6 Bottles) Yarra Valley

Denton’s Cabernet vines are located on the warm, north-western slope, near the top of the Denton View Hill. This is the first Denton Cabernet to be made since 2011, so it’s a real treat.

The fruit was picked at the end of March, wild fermented and pressed to three puncheons (one of which was new). It rested there until bottling (without fining or filtration) in November 2022.
