Chain of Ponds “Innocence” Dry Rosé, Adelaide Hills. The Innocence Dry Rosé is an elegant Pinot Noir-driven rosé from a single vineyard east of Gumeracha, showing Adelaide Hills cool-climate delicacy. In the glass it glows salmon blush with brilliant clarity. The nose opens with spring blossoms, wild strawberry, peach and blueberry, with hints of floral spice. On the palate the wine is dry, yet juicy-flavours of strawberries & cream, soft raspberries, white peach and apricot, balanced by crisp acidity and a subtle creamy texture from lees contact. Awarded 93 points and Gold in Wine Showcase Magazine, plus Bronze at the Royal Adelaide Wine Show. Perfect with antipasto platters, fresh seafood or summer picnic fare.
