Conde Valdemar Rosé 2023, from Bodegas Valdemar in Rioja (Rioja Alavesa/ DOCa), is a polished blend of 60% Garnacha Tinta and 40% Viura, made under the stewardship of the Valdemar family. Pale salmon-tinged with a crystalline edge, it offers lifted aromas of wild strawberries, cherry blossom, raspberry and hint of citrus peel. The palate is light-to-medium bodied, fresh and graceful, with bright acidity, a clean minerality and a silky finish.
