A “Blanc de Noirs”, this is Bailly Lapierre’s hallmark wine – a white made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes it’s loaded with character, it’s stylish, full, deep and powerful, with a fruitiness in the mouth that finishes with a citrus kick. There’s a very fine bead at play here. The aromatics are excellent; brioche, fresh bread dough, red apple, grapefruit, plum and a brooding muscularity. This has great length and persistence of structure too that we think belies its price.
