Brilliant pale straw. Bright aromas of lemon zest and Granny Smith apple are followed by galangal-like ginger and pepper notes, with a trace of apple blossom. A fresh lime juice acidity runs the length of this wine.

The lemon zest theme carries through to the palate along with steely and sea-shell, almost saline characters to make you salivate. Super long, fine and elegant with a pinpoint finish.
