Aromas of blackberry, dark cherry and black pepper lead into a richly textured palate with layers of plum, liquorice and earthy spice. French oak maturation adds polish and structure, while ripe tannins and a core of savoury minerality deliver balance and drive. Awarded 94 points by Halliday Wine Companion, this is a classic Heathcote Shiraz – powerful, elegant and food-friendly, with excellent cellaring potential over the next 5–8 years. A regional standout.
