The latest release of our flagship Aristea continues the theme of previous vintages – dark berry fruits, hints of new oak and firm tannins give the wine the weight and power to continue to develop in the bottle over the long term.

Deep red/purple colour, with a plum-cake, pepper and chocolate aroma, ripe and warm-grown, with blackberry nuances and medium to full-bodied, rich palate. Eastern spices and dried herbs – thyme and oregano. The tannins are quite firm and rugged, the balance good and the texture quite dense. A robust style of shiraz for the Hunter, and quite superb.
