Varietals (%’S): 60% Semillon; 30% Sauvignon Blanc; 10% Chardonnay

Appearance: Pale straw with green tints.

Aroma: Fresh and bright aromatics of cut straw, lemon blossom and white nectarine.

Palate: The palate is bright, crisp and refreshing – showing vibrant citrus, stone fruit and kiwi fruit characters. Light bodied and delicate, this is wine designed for early drinking to capture the freshness and vitality of its youth. A mouth-watering lemon acid line provides purity and length, while a hint of texture contributes to a softness of mouthfeel.

Oak Detail: A small portion of this wine was fermented in seasoned French oak to contribute some texture and mouthfeel. The majority of the blend however, was fermented cool in stainless steel tanks to ensure maximum retention of aromatics and fruit flavour.

Cellaring: Designed for drinking now until 2024.
