Predominantly from 2021 and 2022 vintage base wines, it spent three years on its lees before disgorgement in October 2024, showcasing both depth and finesse. Pale straw with a delicate mousse, it reveals bright green-apple and grapefruit notes, enhanced by subtle brioche and sea-spray minerality.
