Minimum Wines Sans Sangiovese Syrah 2024, crafted by Minimum Wines from organic fruit grown in Toolamba on Yorta Yorta Country, delivers exuberant berries, cherry richness and savoury spice. This character-filled Victorian red blends 70% Sangiovese with 30% Syrah, capturing the vineyard’s final harvest in a wonderfully expressive, zero-additions wine.
Freshly cut strawberries, boysenberries and raspberries mingle with an enticing cream note on the nose. Cherry-jam flavours fill the palate, joined by just-ripe plum, gentle spice and an inviting grip. Minimum’s 2024 Sans Sangiovese–Syrah finishes bright and savoury; give it time to open after uncorking and watch that cherry character shine.
