Praeter Stolen Moments Rosato 2025 is a beautifully poised Adelaide Hills rosé from Praeter, made from Nebbiolo and shaped in old French oak for extra texture and quiet complexity. It is fresh and finely built rather than simple, with the perfume, grip and food-friendly energy that makes serious Australian rosato so appealing.
Red cherry, wild strawberry and raspberry are expected to lead, with rose petal, blood orange and a subtle herbal edge bringing lift. Nebbiolo’s signature tannin gives the Praeter Stolen Moments Rosato 2025 a gently grippy, savoury finish, while bright acidity keeps it dry, mouth-watering and seriously refreshing.
Serve Praeter Stolen Moments Rosato 2025 chilled with grilled prawns, prosciutto and melon, roasted pumpkin salad or salmon crudo.
