About this product
Praeter Eternal Rhythm Nebbiolo 2025 is a striking Adelaide Hills red from Praeter, sourced from a low-yielding Kersbrook site and shaped into a pale, perfumed but seriously concentrated expression of Nebbiolo. It is beautifully Italian in feel – savoury, floral and structured, with plenty of charm beneath its firm frame.
Sour cherry, redcurrant and dark cherry meet dried rose, Campari, roasted fennel and aromatic herbs. Crushed rock, leather, Dutch liquorice and a faint smoky note build savoury complexity, while Praeter Eternal Rhythm Nebbiolo 2025 carries its fruit on bright acidity and assertive, gently dusty tannins.
Decant Praeter Eternal Rhythm Nebbiolo 2025 for osso buco, porcini risotto, slow-roasted lamb or duck ragù with pappardelle. Its firm tannin and lively acidity also make it a natural alongside mushroom dishes, truffle pasta and aged Parmigiano Reggiano. Give it air, serve it with food and watch every earthy, floral layer unfold.
