The Gentle Folk Village Sangiovese 2024 opens with sour cherry, wild strawberry and red plum, backed by dried herbs, orange peel and a gentle earthiness that speaks clearly of the Adelaide Hills. Aromatics are fresh and inviting, with minimal oak influence allowing the fruit to shine.
On the palate, the Gentle Folk Village Sangiovese, 2024 is vibrant and finely structured. Juicy red fruits glide across the tongue, supported by crunchy acidity and fine, dusty tannins. The finish is clean, savoury and moreish, making it dangerously easy to drink.
