About this product

Frankland Estate Spätburg[down]under Pinot 2024 is a bright, easy-drinking Pinot Noir from the Great Southern region of Western Australia. “Spätburgunder” is the German name for Pinot Noir, and this playful label reflects a lighter, more relaxed expression than the estate’s more structured reds.

Black and red cherries sit at the core, supported by earthy, nutty notes and gentle oak. The palate is rounded and supple, with soft red-fruit flavour, bright acidity and fine tannins rather than heavy weight or extraction.

Serve Frankland Estate Spätburg[down]under Pinot 2024 lightly chilled with duck, roast chicken, mushroom risotto, charcuterie, salmon or pork schnitzel. Its gentle structure also makes it a versatile choice with vegetarian dishes built around beetroot, lentils or roasted mushrooms.
