Frankland Estate Grüner Veltliner 2026 is a rare, small-production white from seven short rows of Grüner Veltliner trial vines grafted at the Isolation Ridge vineyard in 2017. It captures the estate’s preference for a medium-bodied, textured expression rather than an austere, ultra-lean style.

Dried pear, citrus and stone fruit lead the aromatics, joined by delicate florals, dried summer grass and earthy notes. The palate is juicy and fleshed out, with peppery spice, mineral freshness and a gentle phenolic grip that adds weight and tension without sacrificing drinkability.

Pair Frankland Estate Grüner Veltliner 2026 with pork schnitzel, grilled prawns, roast pork, asparagus, artichokes or mildly spiced Asian dishes. Its peppery acidity and savoury texture are especially useful alongside salty, herb-driven or lightly creamy food.
