Praeter Blue Note Chinato 500ml

Praeter Blue Note Chinato 2022 is a richly aromatic, fortified Nebbiolo from Praeter, made in the Italian chinato tradition with botanicals and produced in the Pyrenees of Victoria. Presented in a 500ml bottle, it is an after-dinner sipper with dark fruit, herbal bitterness and warming spice at its core.

Expect Nebbiolo’s cherry and floral perfume beneath layers of bitter herbs, citrus peel, quinine-like spice and earthy root notes. The Praeter Blue Note Chinato 2022 should balance sweet, dark-fruit richness with a bracing amaro-style bitterness, creating a complex, warming and lingering finish rather than a cloying dessert-wine feel.
