Ngeringa Sheoak Pinot Noir 2024 is a lively, medium-bodied Adelaide Hills Pinot from Ngeringa, combining bright, juicy fruit with the savoury detail that makes the Hills such a natural home for the style. A touch of carbonic lift keeps this red wonderfully aromatic, pure and dangerously easy to drink.
Cherry-cola colour gives way to fragrant plum, blackcurrant, strawberry and red-cherry fruit, with liquorice adding a darker edge. Earthy cassis, cocoa nib and subtle whole-bunch spice bring depth, while a bright acid line and gentle, fine tannins keep the 2024 Ngeringa Sheoak Pinot Noir fresh, silky and neatly structured.
The Ngeringa Sheoak Pinot Noir 2024 will shine alongside roast duck, mushroom risotto, crispy-skinned salmon or pork cutlets with cherry glaze.
